On Friday 6 December I interacted with Bongiwe Sikhakhane regarding my premiums. During the year I had an awful experience with MiWay regarding my annual premiums. My portfolio was due for an increase and I was not happy with the annual increase. Bongiwe went out of her way to review my current premium and she was able to beat the offer I have received from another insurance company. Thank you Bongiwe for saving one of MiWay clients from being snatched by other companies who willing to offer lower premiums.
