On 31st of March I contacted MiWay Insurance to cancel my policy with them
On 31st of March I contacted MiWay Insurance to cancel my policy with them. I was served by Busisiwe Mabizela who was very professional and courteous. She really tried to counter offer but couldn't match what I offered by the competition. She then made my day by letting me know that I can keep part of what was part of my profile with them, dents and scratches cover. That was music to my ears for it was paining me to know that I'm going to loose this cover. At the end of the call I was very happy.
