The process of getting a tow truck was a bit tedious especially when standing on the side of the road. There seemed to be a problem with finding my location which delayed the process but this was due to their being a problem with getting whatsapp messages. furthermore it is extremely irritating to be talked to like i am just a number when I am trusting that my insurance will back me when I get stuck. The operator kept telling me about me using one of my benefits (tow truck service) and that I only had 2 left. Furthermore having to be talked to like it is a sales call is beyond irritating when you worried that a out of control car could hit your car at any instance. While you have this stress Miway is stating policy limitations and all other sorts of silly things which does not get me off the side of the road. It has been years since my car broke down and it makes me wonder if I need insurance or if I should rather rely on Friends and Family instead. Miway please change the way you do things during high stress situations because you will lose me as a customer if that is the way you do things.
