offended

I have never in my entire life been more offended by any insurance company.

We have for the past 2 years received monthly calls from MiWay insurance trying to get us to swop over from Outsurance to MiWay insurance.

Last month - on the clock again the same story. I again clarify that we are happy with my car insurance and is not in the market for swopping over to another insurance company.

The call center agent had the absolute audacity to tell me that she is not interested in my opinion and insisted on speaking to my husband (in regard to my car insurance)

I find the call center agents rude, persistent and offensive unfortunately.
