<p>Ofentse from miway insurance assisted me with a confimation letter and the way she was interacting with me was out of this world considering the fact that she had a touch of flue but she didnt let a bit of sickness interfere with the way she should do her job that is assisting the clients in the best way that she can and making the client feel important like the VIP in the making. One could sence her positive aura from the other end of the line, not forgetting the guy who answered my call first,pity i forgot his name but Ofentse will know him as he looked for the next person fastest when his computer was giving him problems.
