Ntswaki called me almost immediately after I posted my query via the app, while she was speaking, I got a work call and asked her to call back. This happened two or three times at which point I assumed she was gatvol of me asking her to call back. I got a call unexpectedly 10 mins after finishing work and to my surprise it was her. She said I sounded busy and stressed and thought to rather call after work. Then proceeded to assist me, readjust my premium, check if there was anything further I needed and still asked about my day. What service!!! This is why I'm saying with MiWay.
