Ntokozo's Service

This is actually a delayed post ..... Last week on the 6th of March 2018 I had the pleasure of speaking to a lady by the name of Ntokozo Mdunge ... she was absolutely awesome, she was friendly, professional and went out of her way to assist me, gave a service you don't find anymore out there. It's people like her that make calling call centers a pleasure , she is a great asset to Miway. the best part was she had nothing but good things to say about the company. You can tell that she takes pride in her job. I urge her bosses to hold on to her she an absolute gem just take her to bigger and better heights
