I would like to commend Ntokozo Sibeko at Miway for making what could have been a very stressful experience, so bearable. Ntokozo was polite, informed and ever so helpful. He told me what he was going to do given my situation, kept me in the loop every step of the way and followed up too. More companies need star employees such as Ntokozo. What a pleasure.
