Ntokozo's great personality kept relationship goin

I cancelled my MiWay Policy November 2015 because I got a much better deal from Discovery Insure with better benefits because I have been a Discovery Health, Life, Vitality and Card client for many years. The Policy didn't cancel timeously because MiWay's consultants could not telephonically confirm with me as they could not get hold of me and I was not able to reach the consultants again. I then send another cancellation letter to MiWay. I received a call from Ntokozo on the 29th January 2016 and her attitude was so positive and she was so friendly that I decided to keep the relationship going by continuing with a \My Accidental Cover\" policy. She is a brilliant contribution to the company and because of her, I'm still a MiWay client."
