Ntokozo Mjokane and Anathi

After numerous talks/calls with Miway *********** consultants while i needed assistance regarding roadside emergency service. I was very upset to a point where i decided to cancel my policy, I contacted Miway to action this and I got through to Anathi who turned my sad face to a smile. The empathy she showed me while i was explaining my frustrations was on another level which i was not expecting at that time. She was polite, she understood why i was angry and tried her best to assist me. I also spoke to Ntokozo Mjokane who was also very helpful, investigated my query and handled it very well. In the end, I am happy with the resolution but really hoping that I will not be required to go through such lengths to get satisfactory assistance. MiWay is very lucky to have such people working for them. They gave me a very great customer experience.
