Ntokozo Mdunge - The most AMAZING service hero I've experienced from MiWay to date!

<p>I cannot stop raving about the exceptional service delivery I received from Ntokozo Mdunge. And because of this, quite a few of my colleagues will be moving their portfolios to Miway because not only did Ntokozo exceed all expectations but she gave me service worth talking about. At no point did I feel like my interaction was with a Miway staff member paid to service clients. She personalised the interaction by making small talk to avoid awkward silence and gave me additional guidance on the product offerings that would best suit me as a customer. She was not only interested in retaining me as a customer but seeked to create a personal relationship and further advised that I could contact her in the future if ever I needed any assistance on my policy. WOW! WOW! WOW! Can I just say if Miway had more Retention advisors like her, they would definitely be the insurance of choice in the country. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. It's people like you that make me remain loyal to Miway. I trust that this will be shared with management and the rest of the staff so as to acknowledge her hardwork and commitment to the brand. </p>
