NtoKozo is a star!

Ntokozoj called me regarding my lapsed monthly payments and usually that is a stressful conversation, but he was so kind and easy to talk to that I felt calmed down immediately. To top it all he helped me change some details in mere seconds and then proceeded to tell me that there is a discount because of my new address without me having to ask (or beg for lower prices). We even had a little banter during the discussion which made the whole process awesome! What a star asset to MiWay.
