Nozi gave me exceptional service. I am a call centre manager myself so I look out for certain things. Nozi was polite and clear in her communication. I appreciated that if she made a mistake she would acknowledge and apologise. I wouldn’t mind being assisted by her all the time. Thank you Nozipho Nozi Mnyandu
