Nox was an awesome help for the day, thank you lad

My car insurance premium was reviewed and had gone up with about 15%, something I really don't need right now. I called in, fortunately was referred to Nox for assistance who was friendly and very patient. She managed to help me reduce my premium without making ***** changes to my current policy. She had great attitude and the energy in her voice just brings about positive vibe. I hope you are recognized for the great work you are doing there, thank you lady :-)
