NOWAY with MIWAY!!!!!!

In December 2019 a Miway client crashed into me as she exited the circle from the inner lane.I have been attempting to get MIWAY to pay me so I can get my car fixed!!!I have been told that the accident is 35% my fault so MIWAY will reimburse in 65% of the cost to fix my car...Of the 65% i have to pay 35% to the lady that drove into me...how does that make sense????I sent a dispute last week and to date no response from MIWAY....the call centre and the lady assisting with my claim of no help!!
