Miway is quick to deduct money from your account but when it comes to actual service they are extremely bad. I am on the verge to move my insurance. I can not access my policy online and when I call the centre they said they will call me back it has now been a month and nothing. I want to log n claim online and now my policy does not exist online. But when I phone they said it does exist. When I need to update my policy I have to phone in to do it because I can not access my policy after I have phoned in I need to phone in a few more times after that just to correct the mistakes made by them. The service is really bad and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
