Hi Team I would like to commend Puleng Leqoalane for remarkable service she provided to me. The way she build rapport with me I felt like a friend rather than a potential client. I have never encountered such professionalism from a customer service consultant. It was through her patience and persuasion that resulted me in signing up with Miway. She made me feel welcomed and if she did not understand something she consulted and I appreciated that because it showed that she wanted me to under the full value and benefit of what the product offered me.
