Now That's Customer Service

I was very upset when I went to an Assessment centre and they informed me that they couldn't assist me because of Covid19 restrictions. Logged a call on to my way to call me back. Annah Tholo called me back I was just ready for her. I told her how unprofessional Miway is and how I wasted my time and petrol going to the Assessment centre and how I will not be going to any other assessment for that matter. She was professional come and empathetic and very apologetic. She provided with a customer centric solution that left saying Wooowwww that's what I call customer service. Thank you Miway.
