now Christana Senior Consultant does go this extra mile

<p>I was about to cancel my policy on my bmw as I hardly drive the car so I did phone and couldnt get a better qoute. I had problems with there app as they never call back also on the internet if you request a call back they never call so I thought to myself I would rather go back to Outsurance as I have also vehicle insurance with them, so Outsurance responded immediatly on my request which left me with a wow factor so right there I decided to go with Outsurance, So I than called to cancel my policy with MIWAY ansd Christina did not want to let me go and I was in a way annoyed with her cause I had poor service and paying to much on a vehicle that stand around she did everything in a frie dly matter reduced my prepium drasticly and because of her I decided to stay at MIWaY now I really would like her whole team to learn from her, I guess she aint a senior consultant for nothing, Thank you so much for this excellent customer care service.</p>
