Nothing but Lies, frustrated & disappointed

I am so disappointed to be writing a bad review about Miway for the 2nd time in less that 2 weeks. I have never been this frustrated in my life and disappointed. My claim in iver two months now was submitted on 1 April. The last call I had from a gentlemen named Vongani Mshimbiyi on Friday 3rd June. He was supposed to finalise my claim

He promised to get back to me on latest Tuesday, 8 June. I waited patiently for the call nothing. Late afternoon I send an e-mail still no response. I am still yet to get feedback regarding my first complaint from Ayanda. Can someone get back to me.
