I would like to extend and make public my gratitude to Leezhaen in the claims department at Miway. I deal with call-center's everyday and every call is different, The call today with Leezhaen was pleasant, he was patient even while my system shut down and he had to wait for information. He was kind and also very understanding and relatable. It truly makes a world of difference when you speak to people that want to help you. Thank you so much Leezhaen, You are a true asset to Miway!!
