Not what they say but what they do not do!

Have been a loyal customer for 9 years. Now that I have a window claim I realise how inflated the excess is at R1120 so all these years I think they are giving me a great premium they do not tell you that your excesses payable are through the roof. For example one would have to pay excess on hail damage R4000 where as other companies do not even charge one cent for hail damage claim. I am so disgusted with Miway and the way they have handled my complaints cannot wait to move to another insurer. would not recommend Miway to anybody plus would warn existing clients to really examine your policy or else you will be in for a nasty suprise like I was.
