Not what I asked for

<p>About a month ago, I asked for a call back, and a lady contacted me. I told her, I am not happy with my vehicle premuim going up so much, and would like her to review and come back to me with a better premium. It went down a little, still not happy with it as I am sure I can get it better. My car's value is decreasing not increasing by the day. This morning I checked my profile online, and she increased my excess from R4000 to R5500, even after I told her I do NOT want my excess increased, I could have done this myself via the portal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not very happy about this situasion. Please review and correct.</p>
