Not user-friendly to noncitizens

Despite being my insurer of choice, Miway have slipped on this one and guess they should rectify at our earliest convenience than theirs. I called to lodge my complain before about this. The MiWay app requires one to enter an ID number as away to get registered despite Miway knowing that they have clients with them who are non citizens of South Africa, this act of omission or oversight should have been avoided. Why not use Client ID or Policy Number instead?<br> <br>
