Not updated with the recovery results

Hi<br> Am highly disappointed with the fact that till today my insurance doesn't has a courtesy to respond to my emails when am asking them to update me about result for an accident that happened last year May 2015<br> And we now in 2016, that is not acceptable <br> Can somebody have a decency to update me or I guess I will have to wait till kingdom comes.<br> Yours truly dissatisfied client<br>
