Not Trustworthy

I was helped by Innocentia Kgano, I provided all proof that my bank charged me a fee of R300 due to MIway's unauthorized early debit order. Innocentia ensured me that they will reduce my next debit order by R300 but now they only reduced it by R100 which very much wrong. I am so disappointed in their service plus their agent lying to me. They are proving not to be trustworthy!
