NOT TELLING ME WHAT IS GOING

<p>I had an accident 04 Feb 2016, i was hit by other car and i was told that they will pay and they will claim everything from the 3rd party , i then paid access which they support to pay me back , iv been dealig with some guy names Peter, for about 3 months then he referended me to some lady by the name Matlaka, i spoke to her and she said i must cal her 4 weeks after 4 weeks i called she didnt answer keep on calling then i got hold of her that was 2 weeks ago 8th July , she said they just come back to her and she will call me till the end of busines day stilll im still waiting , monday the 11th i called again no answer, i then called agin thursaty 14th still no answer, i then call again today 27th ring then voice mail, i want to know y are they doing this do they know they painting the Insurance comaont BAD LIKE BAD, can someone assist me on this matter i really need my that money , the day i get my money im cancelling this insurance they dont keep what they say i say PEOPLE dont trust MIWAY INSURANCE </p>
