Not so impressed with Ernst
So I spoke to a Miway consultant , Mbulelo, at about 11h00 today to update my policy and she referred me to another consultant , Ernst, who was supposed to assist me further. After talking to him for about 3 minutes or so ,he told me that he will put me on hold to further assist me. Almost 30 minutes on hold, no Ernst to assist me and the phone that was cut off I decided to send this review. Very bad service , Ernst! At least you could have told me that you will phone me back! You cannot expect customers to stay on the line and not assisting them!!!!

After assisting me in a very professional, friendly and polite way I can say that I am very satisfied with the outcome of my initial request. Was such a pleasure to speak to Keba. He explained everything to me that it was easy to understand. No small talk but straight to the point and very professional and polite. Companies should have more people like Keba.
