not satisfied with the claim

On friday 2015-12-18 I was involved in an accident at Dennilton next to Moutse mall at the intersection. The driver of the vehicle admitted to be wrong because he failled to stop at the stop sighn. I claimed from his insurance miway as a third party as per claim no C691793. Miway contacted me telling me to tow my vehicle to Middelburg (mp) to be assessed by their assessor at my own cost and I did so. After two month I received an email from miway telling me that I'm entitled to 30% of their client damage and their client is entitled to 70% of my damages so I they will pay me three thousand and fifty five rand only for the damage on my vehicle. Their assessors report was thirty five thousand rand including labour. The money that they want to pay me it does not even cover the cost of the towing.
