Extremely disappointed with Miway. As a loyal paying customer I expected better. The way they handle claims their response to emails etc.
When I called to cancel my insurance and clearly stated it was because I am unhappy with the services provided by them, they sent me an confirmation letter stating the reason for my cancelation was because of my monthly installments. I phoned them back explaining this is not true and they said they are unable to change this now. I said it was unacceptable since this is not true and the guy told me he will speak to management and come back to me. Still waiting.
Once again EXTREMELY disappointed in Miway and how they treated me. Would not recommend Miway to anyone!
