Not placed in pre-accident position - No Delivery

After waiting 1 month for my claim to be approved and another 7 months for repairs to be finalized on a vehicle that should have been written off MiWay insisted it was repairable. Result: the vehicle has been back at repairs 3 more times!! Engine totally seized now on a car that never had a single glitch before. MiWay will rather inconvenience you for a year to avoid paying out money!! Worst insurer ever! No client centric approach, profit driven and will go to abnormal lengths to avoid their contractual obligations.
