Not on the wrong but rejected based on dishonesty and fighting for my rights as consumer

I was involved in an accident that is clearly not my fault but my insurer is interested in my previous whereabouts and the people I was with prior the accident. My accident took place on the 10th February 2019 and the footage shows clearly the person or vehicle that is on the wrong I have a valid Metro Police case number but my insurer chooses to decline my claim based on dishonesty of my previous whereabouts and the rejection of a second meeting with them when I clearly state that the Assessor called me a **** and patronized me numerous times. Assessor was trying to prove that I was doing a DUI and later tried to prove that I was not the driver of the vehicle. I ask myself what kind of insurance at the time of need treats people like ******* when my premiums were up to date and in this instance I am not at fault but the other driver of the vehicle is?! My whereabouts prior the accident and the company I was with has nothing to do with my accident but I am forced, even though I can't account for everything the day of accident as it was a traumatic experience I am made to relive it and remember things or people and places I went to prior the accident. Why? Accident footage was clear I am not guilty!
