Not my way anymore. Sad

So last week I gave a great review to them. They got my premium lowered etc. The main reason why I used the chat is because I struggled for weeks to get my address changed. So when I opened the document sent from miway my flippen address was still not changed. Today i had to chat AGAIN give all the details AGAIN even tell them that my premium wasn't deducted yet, was suppose to go on the 5th. Now they tell me the amount going off in the next 72 hour is more than what was suppose to go off. R1.21. Its not about the money. Its about the principal. I also had to pay again for internet usage. So because of their mistakes I get penalized. This is not what Miway used to be. I am disappointed. Tiisetso Setsiba was great though.
