NOT MY WAY!!!!!!!

<p>NOT MY-WAY!!!!!! C737693</p> <p>On the 26th of May 2016 we had a house breaking and since then no joy what so ever from our Insurance Company MiWay. Now today 15/07/2016 we are informed by our Assessor Troy that he is convinced it is a ********** claim and his recommendation will be not to settle. We have also been told that if that is the case we will all be Black listed (5 years) and no insurance company will even look at us as clients. Also wanted to know if we were planning on withdrawing our claim before they meet to deliberate . My husband’s Laptop is a huge issue (proof of how he paid for it and the date it was purchased 2 ********** ). Now not only do we have to cancel our insurance but we have to go see a lawyer. They have no problem with you paying every month but when push comes to shove it is on you to prove that your posessions were in fact taken. I want them to submit the proof that this is a ********** claim.</p>
