NOT MIWAY - THEIR WAY

My dad was in a motor vehicle accident two weeks ago. Well the service received was a disgrace for two weeks we tried to put in a claim but they had no strait answers for us. Trying all ways we could they just wanted to write off the car even though we had gotten them a quote of half the amount they said it would take to repair the vehicle. When we gave them this quote they said no its not good enough they want to write off the car reason is that the suspension was damaged on the car (Which by the way was not on the assesors report....) and they decline the quote. But my question is if the car can still be driven without any difficulty how is the suspension damaged to the degree that it must be replaced?. So i have come to a conclusion thats why they call themselves MiWay its not your way, its THEIR way and thats the way its going to be - they dont care about their customers and they confuse their own call centre agents with all the misguided information. Two weeks later after cancelling the claim we had to get the car towed from Sandton to Benoni on our cost, and hundreds of rands of airtime to get any answers. So if you want to get ****py service take an insurance with MiWay
