Not Miway's fault but they wont help

<p>To make it short and sweet : a Company vehicle ( freightliner ) bump my car, company's fault. Took pictures and everything. Call the guy and he finally said I must claim against my insurer and they will sort it out with his. Errm. No. I have to pay the excess and its marked on my profile and if their successful with their claim against the company, I will get my excess back, again if they are successful. That is not acceptable. I asked if they can get me the insurance company details and they said no, I have to put in a claim first.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the company blocked me on whatsup and doesn’t answer my calls, and I have to pay for it. Does Insurance companies have a buddy agreement with each other. I'm not sure if all companies work this way but if they do ..... come on people. If it’s my fault, it's my fault but now I'm being punished for driving my car.</p> <p> </p>
