NOT MIWAY, ITS THEIR-WAY OR THE HIGHWAY

Miway is great when you want to sign up for insurance but ABSOLUTELY AWFUL when you want to cancel. I called MIWAY for a car insurance on Monday 29 Oct and agreed to start with them on 2nd November. The same day, I got a better premium and excess somewhere else and called MIWAY the same day to cancel.... but everytime I call, they transfer me to consultants who deal with cancellations who never pick up the phone. I called more than 5 times....I was told that I will be called back within 72 hours to cancel. 72 hours elasped Nov 1..... still no call. I went online to cancel the insurance and got an sms that I will be contacted. No one contacted me and now my account has now been debited.... So much for "why any other way"...Now I see that it's either their way or the HIGHWAY. REFUND MY MONEY and CANCEL my insurance with you. I gave you enough notice......ever before the cover was supposed to start.
