Not keeping promises
You promised me you would contact DialDirect to inform them to cancel my policies. This has not been done, now my credit record is affected and I paid premiums which Dial Direct does not want to reimburse me. I require a refund. for December and January. You did not keep your promise. I also will not be a middle man between you and DialDirect.

11 Mar 2021, 09:23So yesterday and agent calls me and tries to negotiate with me. She tells me that that MiWay will give me 1 premium back IF I register a claim with them for an incident that took place in January. This claim has not been resolved for quite a while and It is deeply concerning that MiWay draws this into a negotiation.
After I register the claim I will get 50% from my claim from MiWay and the other 50% from DialDirect.
When I told her this is not what I requested and referring her back to the promise that they broke, I am told that my claim s invalid due to my wife's reading glasses which was not specified.
I am seriously questioning the business ethics of MiWay that is doing everything in their power to avoid assisting me just short of ignoring my complaints.
