Not impressed this time around.
Guys the process it takes for a third-party claim is so draining honestly, I was given 7 days for the assessment team to hand over the claim to legal, now I'm given another 7 days for something to take place. C*** although this claim was sent to you late becuase your client was running around, that doesn't mean i'm not desperate to get a resolution to this matter. lets get this moving ASAP.

now you guys have declined my claim, beuase you are saying I'm the cause of the collision, the question is where you there when it happened, your client is the one who is wrong and she accepted that she is wrong, now she is changing the story. this is very unacceptable provided that i have already fixed my car. its fine though, i will take it up with my lawyer and get back to you.
