Not happy with the rejection
Good morning Kgomotso
Please advise what's wear and tear? You said to me last week the lights on the TV were worn and the TV had a sound so you are rejecting the claim based on wear and tear. On Friday I received a call from the people who collected the TV stating that they replace the lights at a fee of R1500 and I said they can proceed since I was going to pay the excess
Today I just received a call from they saying they tried repairing the TV but they couldn't. Please advise whether is it still wear and tear? When your breaks or Tyre's are worn out once you replace them they perfectly fine or rather me make an example with the fridge you said the was something wrong with it of that thing can be replaced the fridge will work perfectly.
So now why can't we replace the lights that are worn out so that the TV can work again?
Please urgently advise.
Kind regards
