Not happy with the process

The consultants at Miway are fine with their service. But I'm not happy with the outcome. I have been waiting for my refund since I cancelled insurance. I was never told about 7 days. I called and spoke to another consultant and he told me that I should email my bank statement to be processed quicker. I have been waiting for my refund
