Not happy with NO COMMUNICATION from Miway!

I have Been with Miway from 2008, 15 years ago when they first opened their doors. Son in law was involved in an accident with my insured vehicle 😔 Called the miway roadside assistance, response was amazing👌 My first major accident claim where the vehicle was a write off. It's going for 2 weeks,and no one has called me regarding feedback on my claim. I always have to call in to find out the status of the claim and the consultant always tells me someone will call me back to give Me feedback,and no one does.🙈

Where's the customer service ?
