Not happy with MiWay Service, claim not processed

Not happy with service I am receiving from MiWay, logged a claim with them through an app and my claim apparently is assigned to a representative that hasn't been in office from the moment from Monday(10/02/2020) and I logged a claim last week Friday(07/02/2020). I had to make a call today(14/02/2020) to find out whats happening this is when my claim was starting to get processed. I am not happy with that at all.

Big Ups to Ayanda Mukwevho she was very informative and assisted me outstandingly. She is the best, her service was outstanding.
