Not happy with MiWay

I had an accident on the 31st December 2021 around 2am, later in the day i submitted a claim, today it's the 6th January 2022 and no one has called me about my claim. I called and they are just saying they are waiting for an assessor.... I'm not impressed. i want to forget about the accident but MiWay is taking forever to even contact me after registering a claim on the app.

I'll be shopping around for a new insurance, MiWay improve your services.
