Not happy with MiWay...

Not happy with MiWay. Miway referred me to Jock's Auto Body and Dent Removers CC were upon my car was not fixed correctly. After a month and a half of finally getting my car back, were upon I found out my car was still not fixed properly and I reported it to MiWay and after seven months past, with struggling with Miway and Jock's Auto Body, I finally took my car back as per instructed by MiWay. I requested MiWay if I could take my car to another Panel Beater as I was not happy with Jock's Auto Body they denied my request. After another two months of waiting for any feedback regarding my car. I had to drive to Jock's, on my own accord, with another Assessor (the 3rd one) just to discover that nothing was done on the car and that an additional damage was done to my car, for the second time. The Assessor did not do anything and only said the will have to fix the car. The attitude of the MiWay employees is like they do not want to pay out for the damages. They are looking for reasons not to pay-out. Its been two months waiting for my car were in a month it was MiWay's fault as they did not accept the claims of Jock's Auto Body. After seven year with MiWay this is the service I get and I am not happy with how this matter is dealt with.
