Not happy about being ignored.

My Insurance policy was renewed with MiWay, and again they got my address wrong. Every year when my policy is renewed, I have to jump through hoops to get my address on MiPlace fixed (even have a HelloPeter review about the same subject from last year). I do not understand how this cannot be permanently fixed. Also, my monthly premium have been increased by 30% upon renewal this year, even thought I have only had 3 x low value claims over the last 3 years. I have sent numerous mails, but have received zero response from MiWay. I am seriously considering switching to a different insurance provider due to this.
