NOT HAPPY

It is not enough I was quoted 49k and was paid 20 odd k by Miway I must now battle for my excess. I have been following up this claim regularly. The lady has been ignoring me for a while then phoned me and was most apologetic. She had not made contact with the other side as she was trying to contact the driver and not the owner (company driven vehicle). The ball rolled slightly and since then nothing. I get no response to my emails. So tell me Miway exactly how long does it take for the excess to be sorted out. Bearing in mind your lady dragged her feet for over a month. I happen to work in the legal field and know how easy it is to forget a file/ matter. Can someone assist please. I have been over 20K of my own money because of Miway's armchair accessors and now must sukkel to get my excess bank too. NOT HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
