Not good for long-term insurance

I have generally had some good and some bad moments with Miway, nothing out of the ordinary for insurance companies. But receiving the news that I'm getting an R800 increase on top of my already expensive premiums was quite a damper on my day. No one goees looking to make extra admin in their life, and as a customer that has consistently paid my premiums on time, I'm disappointed I had to change insurance companies to decrease my preimums by more than 50%.
