Not getting progress/feedback on the claim

We have lodged a claim after the hit and run that damaged our car on the 25th December 2015. The claim was made on the 28/12/15. I received an email the 30/12/15 that Ofentse would get back to us. By day we call and is either Ofentse is stilling finalising the report with the Cops or Ofentse would get back to us. <br> <br> Today I have send an email to Crystal and his response he copied Kaizer to finalize the claim.<br> <br> Can we have the matter resolved please the more we drive the car the more the damage would occur.<br> <br>
