not getting my car repaired

i made a claim and i was asked to take my car for assessment and an agent was assigned for me after a week a different agent calls and tells me my claim is approved but i have to take the car to duncanville wherease i took the car for assessment in sasolburg i asked why is that and he answered is the assessor who made that decision till today i am still waiting for him to come back to me and the damages are getting worse.
